In my Level 3 Teaching Assistant Role, I am expected to complete tasks around the classroom in order to maintain the positive learning environment. Some of these things include, cutting and sticking in children's work into their books and printing, laminating and sorting out the resources for the day and for the rest of the week. I am also expected to complete behaviour logs during the day in order to track the children's behaviour.
Overall, I have developed a further understanding of the Teaching Assistant role and what it means and the importance of it. I have developed and gained further skills with working with children with Special Educational Needs and have built a clear understanding of how to work with a child with special needs and what I can do to support them.
I enjoy my programme very much, as it has helped me grow as a person both outside of the workplace and within the workplace and it has allowed me to increase my confidence massively with working in a workplace environment and has been something that has been very useful for my personal development as the people surrounding me within the workplace are very helpful and open minded towards me and want me to achieve the best possible end results that I can. The programme is also highly useful and enjoyable for me when I am working on my off the job hours as I feel that it assists me massively in the workplace.
My programme is very organised and structured and I am fully aware of the things that I need to be doing and when. I feel comfortable enough to ask for help when I feel the need to or when I am unsure of something or struggling and I am always helped when I need it.
I receive a high level of support from my employer. If there is ever a time when I need any assistance or help in any way, my employer is always the first person I talk to about it and they are always helpful towards me and help me get back on track if I was struggling.
I receive a very high level of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications and I feel very comfortable asking for help when I am in need of help both in person and through email and I am always assisted in a helpful way whenever I need it.
I am always helped out when I am in need of help and I am always given positive and constructive feedback and criticism when I am in need of it and that is something that is very commonly given to me as the people around me are very focused on making me feel confident within my job role.

Inspire ATA has been very helpful towards me and has always been supporting me throughout my apprenticeship since the first day and I am very grateful with how I have been treated by them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
