I enjoy the job, the course has come with challenges due to the time period.
The programme is well structured and fairly easy to follow. The workbooks, teaching presentations and teaching zooms are all easy to access.
I receive a lot of support, my employer and members of the team are helpful as this is a new topic to me. They provide me with training and time to complete my course work, they offer their knowledge during my coursework.
The training provider provides us with an assessor who is available to speak to regularly. They help to keep us on track and can be there to support us.
I gain lots more knowledge through the training provider. This helps me with my job as I know the knowledge behind the task I’m completing. It helps me perform to a constant high standard.
