I assist the commercial team in sub-contractor management, cost forecasting, payments and reporting.
Yes, I have learnt about cost management in a construction project and improved my Excel skills.
My role is varied and interesting. I am given training in all aspects of my job and personal development through the early career programme and networking
It is very well organised. There is a calendar for all available training months in advance. I am also given opportunities to review and give feedback of the programme. My manager and mentor guides me and allows shadowing and independent working.
I receive support on a daily basis from my mentor. My manager also checks in on my progress every fortnight.
My training provider provides live site visits and industry standard teaching so that it can be used at work.
It helps me understand all the new terminology and methods used in construction.
Yes. Networking events, charity organisations and social activities are conducted every month.

JN Bentley is very people focused and care about the welfare of their employees foremost. I have been given time to learn and get training to help my all-round development.
