I meet with my team in the morning and then work on my several projects. This includes brainstorming, communicating with other parts of the business, designing in figma and presenting designs for refinement.

The work-life balance is great. They are very understanding and challenge you.
Be open and talk. Make sure to be easy on yourself as you are thrown in the deep end.
