The nature of the job includes a large amount of communication which I have built in. Additionaly i have built recently strategic thinking and management skills.
I enjoy the programme. It is difficult at times managing workload and university work. Savills offer good support and an enjoyable work-life balance.
The programme is well structured, I am yet to become fully integrated into the RICS pathway, but have been asked to enrol already.
The employer is supportive, where I require additional time to complete study, I am granted this. There is large amounts of training provided which are very helpful
Colleagues in the office are helpful with working towards my degree. I am also given good time to undertake my study work.
The university offers me a good base of knowledge by which to base my work on. understanding the laws and governing case law aids my understanding of the role, as well as aiding my advice to those i work for,
It is diffuclt located in a smaller office to be fully involved in all activities, however there are a number on offer. We do networking events and often have office activities which are beneficial to the team.
