shadowing members of staff who are successful in the role conducting viewings with buyers qualifying prospective buyers, answering enquiries and calls. going to proeprty previews, events, monthly meetings, meeing the wider departments and teams to share experiences. progressing a property sale to completion

i would recommend the programme to anyone who is usure about the university route, great life experience and yu learn so many vital skills for life through this programme
very organised, monthly meetings and quarterly catchups with managers
support with tasks and helped me reach out to correct departments of Savills who would be best placed to assist me with certain tasks
support throughout allowed me to speak on the phone beyond the scheduled meetings, out of hours support. additional calls to clarify tasks or any missed assignments
there are certain terms and legislations i am aware of which i wasnt before learning them in the qualification. certain things which i don't do in my everyday role that other departments do - its good to have a wider knowledge of the business and industry
lots of networking events, socials, sports teams, graduate meet ups, instagram community and social media team to get involved with, volunteering, public speaking. you can get involved with so many opportunities and put yourself out there
