I have gained a wealth of knowledge over the past 18 months from being around my team and have been in an environment where I had been able to grow, learn and develop new and existing skills.
I enjoyed my program however I did not find it overly challenging but It id give me a great insight into working life and prepared me on what to expect in an apprenticeship. I think it gave me a good grounding and knowledge base which has prepared me greatly for next steps!!
Very well, modules for each knowledge component and broken down well
I receive great support from my employer who have provided me with new opportunities and have supported me through my journey
I received support from my provider and coach, Emily who guided me through everything and helped me significantly when submitting and going through my EPA
Not overly relevant but am grateful for the skills it had given me in general work like time management.
I get involved in all office diversity and inclusion work and am also a member of the office social committee and arrange fundraising events. I work heavily on D&I and am a part of the age and ethnicity group. I am also on the apprentice committee and host regular catch up meeting with apprentices in my region.
