It involves helping clients find office space in the markets they want their business to be based in and helping landlords with data understand a particular market whilst helping them acquire new sites through consultancy work with my Director's.
I have developed my speaking through conversations with clients as well as being in a corporate environment, I have developed patience, multitasking and being able to manage expectations. I also have been able to work ways to build my personal profile internal and external of the business.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme. It caters to my skillset and allows me to get the best out of myself as well as for the business. I always knew that an apprenticeship would make the most sense for me and it has paid dividends so early in my career.
The programme is well organised and allows me to get the best work life balance. All our content is broke down weekly meaning i can focus my attention in terms of priority. I wouldn't be able to get this type of opportunity if I was in University.
I receive all the support i need from the business. I tend to be very independent but when I do need the support I feel assured knowing i have different people I can consult.
I receive a great amount from UCEM. They always are ready to help whether its from the live webinar's or even a 1-1 teams call. They are always on our side to ensure we secure the best grades possible.
A lot of the modules are really translatable to my role, especially anything to do with leases as that is what my day to day consists of. If i didn't have this knowledge i would have to constantly rely on my directors so its good I have this opportunity.
There is loads of networking events within the business and I always get stuck in. they are usually emailed around or i just message the apprenticeship team to see what is coming up.
