  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship program, everyone across the business has been welcoming and extremely supportive. Having the access to have a day off a week for my studies is crucial and I have happy that Savills supports my qualification learning and gives me the time I need to forfil my qualification. The onboarding aspect of the programme was efficient and I would recommend an Apprenticeship with Savills and learning with Train Together to others.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well organised and structed I have every Tuesday off weekly for me to complete my online lessons, join workshops and do practice exams. The communication between my employer and my training provider has been consistent and is structured to have 1-3 month reviews with my manager and trainer.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, they are always there for support and any questions that I have. The support within my department and team is great. I am allowed the time off for my studies and when I want to sit my exam my employer allows me to do this during work time. I would say the support from the apprenticeship team is not as high however I do appreciate that there has been some changes within the team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive the best support from my training provider whilst working towards my qualifications. The weekly workshop calls have definitely been beneficial with my understanding of my AAT learning and these calls are engaging and interactive which encourages the remembrance of topics. Train Together also supports my in role learning and they can see how my job role suits my AAT learning.
