i am a yard sales assistant however i am currently operating in our office whilst recovering from surgery i am responsible for the serving of customers following health and safety guidelines as well as been a qualified flt operator

i have developed various skills such as increased product knowledge also varouis selling and upselling techniques

i enjoyed the programme i found it interesting whilst been structured and easy to follow

the programme was structured well and i had easy access to my coach

my employer were very supportive in difficult circumstances

my training provider were incredibly supportive through difficult circumstances

it has improved my background knowledge on the firm as well as enhancing my product knowledge and trade skills

due to the financial situation within the firm and the industry we don't really partake in any social activity
