I work in the development team of Savills, with a primary focus on commercial real estate. The role involves working in both consultancy and agency work. Since I started at Savills nearly 18 months ago, I have been involved in a range of projects and have always been well included.
From my personal opinion, I have developed many new and existing skills whilst working in my role. This involves communication as I am regularly meeting a variety of clients and resilience as work may be challenging but with the support network around I always have the tools to succeed.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and consistently recommend to anyone outside of the business.
The programme is well structured and there is always support should workload or academic studies become too heavy.
I have received an abundance of support since I have started and still have a great support network around me.
I receive as much support as needed however as it is online learning it is independent working which I personally enjoy.
The learning experience I gain on the job more so assists in helping me to perform better in my academic studies.
There is a huge variety of social activities to get involved in from a range of sporting activities to regular professional events with other firms throughout the city.
Yes
I would thoroughly recommend working at Savills particularly recommending he apprenticeship route due to the vast amount of support you receive. From an apprentice's point of view, there are very little improvements I would make to the programme.
Be your authentic self!
