My day is different every day, some days I could be cleaning our social value data, other days I am talking to Building Managers to discuss how they can incorporate ESG more into their property.
Yes I have learnt and developed a lot of new and existing skills like excel, talking to building managers and doing templates.
I do really enjoy my job as I think its different everyday so keeps it really interesting and I love going to university and experiencing that side of things by gaining my degree along with a lot of other ESG apprentices.
I think in my team it is well organised, but as a HR Apprenticeship team I think it is slightly unstructured. The Grads get lots of arranged events and the Apprentices have had only one which I think is an oversight as we also need to network with each other so it doesn't feel so isolating in the office everyday
I receive quite a lot of support in my team but am currently yet to have much support shown by the apprenticeship team as they have been doing meetings with other apprentices regularly every couple months where I am yet to have one.
Quite a lot of support
I think it improves my knowledge and helps me perform better
There has been one so far that was the national apprenticeship awards. I have not been invited to any other events. The only other ones would be ones that my team and I arrange for ourselves personally. There are sports teams which I hope to join one soon.
Yes
I think they are a good employer, my team are supportive in my role and my education is great, I am really enjoying it
Be yourself
