  • I manage and oversee all Health,Safety & Wellbeing training for Mace and manage 2 direct reports who assist me in this.

  • Yes I've learnt about models that will help me in discussions

  • I really enjoy the sessions and the fact that I'm able to put what I learn into practice at work

  • It's great, when I first started I was given an outline of what will be covered and as we've gone through it's been explained to us so you know whats next

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Mace supports me by giving me a Friday to do any assignments or work required for my apprenticeship. My managers have been really supportive in trying to get me involved in areas needed to meet the KSBs.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • MBKB are great, the tutors are really friendly are are always on hand should we need any support and make themselves available on Teams or emails.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me to understand certain areas and makes things a little clearer. It has also helped me to be more confident within my role at work

  • We have a number of networking groups that run events each month that we are able to get involved in

  • Yes

  • They've allowed me to take on responsibility for things I know I can handle and encourage me to work outside my comfort zone

  • If you are wanting to progress in your career Mace give you the opportunity to do so
