Yes I've learnt about models that will help me in discussions
I really enjoy the sessions and the fact that I'm able to put what I learn into practice at work
It's great, when I first started I was given an outline of what will be covered and as we've gone through it's been explained to us so you know whats next
Mace supports me by giving me a Friday to do any assignments or work required for my apprenticeship. My managers have been really supportive in trying to get me involved in areas needed to meet the KSBs.
MBKB are great, the tutors are really friendly are are always on hand should we need any support and make themselves available on Teams or emails.
It helps me to understand certain areas and makes things a little clearer. It has also helped me to be more confident within my role at work
We have a number of networking groups that run events each month that we are able to get involved in
Yes
They've allowed me to take on responsibility for things I know I can handle and encourage me to work outside my comfort zone
If you are wanting to progress in your career Mace give you the opportunity to do so
