I am a care assistant. I assisted with personal care. I prompt them to drink enough. i also assist with feeding, i prompt or administer medication depending on their needs. i make beds. empty commode, clean, or sometimes i just have a general chat with them. i write daily notes. i am their shoulder to cry on.
i have learnt some more different policies and procedures different ways to do different takes
