I manage a small team on a daily basis I have learnt all in my new store over the last 6 months Ido the banking and daily cash sales and brief the team on a daily basis of what I want them to do weather I would like them to stay on the front and server the customers or weather I would like them to do the picking or even putting delivery away today.
Yes I have learnt a lot in my new store over the last 6 months of being there I have learnt how to do all the banking, webcash, webstock, I have also completed my first aid witch now gives me the ability to open the store on a daily basis.
My programme has giving me the ability to grow as a person within my role and it has also given me lots more confidence in using the computer and has also helped a lot with my dyslexia and giving me confidence with all of the above I am a lot more confident now then I was 12 months ago.
I find the programme well structured and very well organised there has only been once right through the whole programme that there has been a change to the sessions with my tutor which is very good. We all have to understand that family life sometimes can cause the structure of daily life and programmes to change but besides that the programme is well structured.
I have had some good support from my employer they have giving me all the time out that I have needed to complete the work that is required within my apprenticeship I have been giving my day out every week and there is never been a problem doing my webinars within my work day either.
I have received support from my training provider he has giving me lots off good feedback on the work that I have completed within my apprenticeship and he has also said that I have grown in confidence with my maths and english and also on my computer skills through the year as well.
It helps me better perform in the way that I have grown a lot in confidence and giving me the ability to know that I can run my team with confidence and do my daily duties with more confidence and also giving me confidence in dealing with a difficult decision if it arises within the workplace.
We as a store like to go out and socialise when we get the chance work use to provide us with the ability to go out for a paid meal and drinks but now we get a 50 pound voucher we do get money on a card that we can use as a store to go out and do activities we like to go blowing as a store.
