I am a Customer Service Advisor working in Compliance for the After Travel Department. In this role my job is to review all cases submitted by the After Travel Team, to ensure that they are compliant in all areas as per guidelines. This involves confirming the investigations on the customers' complaint cases have been performed accurately and that the resolutions are correct.

Great support and encouragement from my employer! Encouragement and support to give us all the time we need to be able to complete the programme and with extra assistance if we need it.
Our training provider is within our own company and my tutor is very supportive as well as our Training Department.
What I am learning from this training, has further developed my knowledge about my role and the day to day operations of my department and company. This knowledge is immensely helpful towards performing my role and supporting my team.
