Providing end user support to clients from many different departments
Learnt many new troubleshooting skills and improved my efficiency at providing support and resolving issues, both new and previously encountered

I play football with my work colleagues during lunch sometimes, I get a coffee with other apprentices sometimes, and I have represented my company at an apprenticeship scouting event
