I analyse monthly AuM differences. Update reports and respond to ad hoc tasks on a daily basis. I also help with quarterly reporting across my wider team.
Learning how to use Excel efficiently. Presentation skills etc
The work can be repetitive but my team makes up for it as they are very welcoming and helpful. They always remind me about how I can go to them for help or advice
Very organised but problems can arise a few times.
Support couldn't be better
We have quarterly calls but I wouldn't call it "support" more like check ins
My qualification has little to no relevance to the work I do.
Sometimes there are networking events
Yes
Will do more good than bad. Everyone can benefit from working in M&G in some way.
Dont expect the work to be exactly like the description, it is very open.
