I provide assistance to the Disaster Recovery Team who test applications that the business uses. I assist with the planning of these tests, this includes running reports, validating the application scope or contacting stakeholders.
Yes, I have been able to develop essential skills in Excel as well as gradually becoming more confident in my communication skills, presentation skills, etc.
I really enjoy it. It's very informative and interactive. I've learnt so many new things that I have been able to apply at work and even in my day day life.
It's very organised.
I receive a lot of support. Regular weekly catch ups with my manager to check how I'm faring as well as support from my team.
I receive a good amount of support. Monthly catch ups with a coach assigned to me to check how I'm doing and guide me to passing my apprenticeship. I also receive invitations to Networking opportunities.
It helps me immensely as most of what I learn in my webinars I apply in my day to day job role.
