  • I work in supply chain, and schedule some of the production. This includes schedules for 2 assembly lanes.

  • I have developed more skills in time management and job processing.

  • The programme for me was unclear at times due to busy working seasons as well as problems such as COVID, however it is very enjoyable now the programme is clear.

  • During the 1st year, there were problems that were caused by COVID, and busy seasons at work, however the programme has been very well structured.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer and am always aware of who I can speak with.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Some tutors have been extremely helpful and supportive. Others have not been as much.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • During my programme so far, I believe my training provider does help with my role, such as from managing projects.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • In the past there were some, but not recently. However more are becoming available.

  • Yes

  • It has been a very insightful experience for me so far, and I have enjoyed it. The company makes me feel proud to be involved with.

  • To not be afraid to speak up if they are unsure or uncomfortable with anything.
