I'm within the Commercial PM team, no rotation. It's a hugely broad range daily, including managing client assets, inspecting units and meeting occupiers, being a conduit between occupiers and owners, ensuring overall safety within and on site, and compliance with statutes. I personally have ownership of my own portfolio, which I wasn't expecting having recently joined.
Expanded skills hugely. My largest areas of improvement are public speaking and phone etiquette. I'm also better with time management and overall more confident.
I'm very much enjoying the program. The team are amazing, the course is good, interesting and very relevant, and I'm very much enjoying myself. 10/10 would recommend
Program is probably the most organised and structured offered by a property company. In my team we have had some graduates from other property companies joining due to bad experiences.
Huge amount of support. On top of having 1 day a week to work on the course and self improvement, we're also helped with time when needed, and given daily tasks which are really relevant to 1. what we're learning, and 2. improvement of us generally. Again 10/10 would recommend.
Training providers are great. I have a good personal rep and they're doing the best they can being remote. Only negative is due to mine being remote its not very intimate with classmates as we will never meet. Not a huge issue though!
Honestly a lot, I've already learnt a lot that I've put into practice, and I'm only 6 months in!
There are, but mostly London centric.
Yes
An amazing and very approachable company that generally cares about its workers. Another big thing is the management structure, although its hierarchical, everyone within the office is very approachable and team directors are not intimidating.
Do extra, ask extra, show genuine interest in your interviewers and you'll go far!
