Liaising with clients, other departments, solicitors and within the team. Multiple reports including drafting red book valuations. Relied upon for multiple research tasks and responding to queries.
Yes lots, communication, legal advising, accounting, co-ordination, report writing, valuation skills, report writing skills, measurement skills and time management.
I thoroughly enjoy it.
Very well.
A lot, my team is very supportive, so is the wider apprenticeship team and other departments.
A lot, constant availability of support and extra support tools and advice channels.
A bit, I would say a lot is learnt on the job, not 'in the classroom'.
Yes, can't say yes to everything as there is so much availability.
Yes
Great support, supportive and friendly team. Great company as a whole, well regarded.
Make yourself stand out. Get lots of work experience, even if it isn't specific to the job you are applying to as it will demonstrate your work ethics and desire to learn.
