My role at DHL involves answering phone calls from customers and tracking their parcels
I have learnt new skills which include how to track parcels for customers and how to transfer customers to the correct department
I enjoy my program as I haven't worked for a parcel company before.
The office is well organized as the last person that leaves the office in a neat manner.

You would need to have great communication skills however if you don't then there are people at DHL that will help you learn
