  • My role involves collecting, analysing and presenting data in a way that supports business outcomes. This can be at a team level all the way up to director level.

  • My apprenticeship gave me the confidence to interpret data better and present it in a more professional way.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My programme was really good - just the right length of time to do the learning and develop the skills I had hoped to develop.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was well structured - right from the start we had a list of dates that we would attend our learning, and what would be happening on the day.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employed has been great. I have received my time to complete my apprenticeship and I was given tasks which suited the apprenticeship and allowed me to showcase my skills.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider were very supportive - the learning was great and my coach was on hand to support when I needed her.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The apprenticeship has led to me feeling much more confident in role and allowed me the opportunity to think of ways to enhance and improve what we do.

  • Here at Lloyds Banking Group there is lots to get involved with.
