My role involves collecting, analysing and presenting data in a way that supports business outcomes. This can be at a team level all the way up to director level.
My apprenticeship gave me the confidence to interpret data better and present it in a more professional way.
My programme was really good - just the right length of time to do the learning and develop the skills I had hoped to develop.
The programme was well structured - right from the start we had a list of dates that we would attend our learning, and what would be happening on the day.
My employed has been great. I have received my time to complete my apprenticeship and I was given tasks which suited the apprenticeship and allowed me to showcase my skills.
The training provider were very supportive - the learning was great and my coach was on hand to support when I needed her.
The apprenticeship has led to me feeling much more confident in role and allowed me the opportunity to think of ways to enhance and improve what we do.
Here at Lloyds Banking Group there is lots to get involved with.
