General support to the team with supervised responsibilities. I deal with a wide range of admin jobs to site inspections.
Within my role I have developed many new skills including schedule design, specification design and written communication.
I could not imagine working anywhere else at this stage in my career. Mace have been excellent from the start. The team I am working with are supportive and make each day enjoyable.
Very well organised. Communication between the development programme leaders and apprentices is brilliant and the team are always happy to make time for any questions or general conversations.
The training provider provides "real world" examples and links the learning to my job. I am then able to apply the knowledge into my role.
