Processing aprentices into End Point Assessmnet Invoicing for retakes on assessments if apprentices have failed Updating excel spreadsheets Communicating between internal stakeholders such as tutor and external stakeholders such as EPAO's Communicating with apprentices to book their assessments completing achiever reviews Processing apprentices when they have passed all exams and letting them know attending training for example health and safety attending online meetings with EPAO's on updates on the standards and much more
formatting on excel spreadsheets learnt new systems such as smart assessor, slack, jamboard, padlet etc. learnt about EPAO management systems such as PICS , ACE360 I learnt how to create a professional email signature banner
I am learning a lot on programme and I am always fascinated to learn. I am learning skills and management tools I can use in my role and in my personal life

Yes all my learning is being put into practice within my role for example communicating with external stakeholders through email I love putting knowledge into practice and I look forward to developing this further throughout my programme
I am involved in volunteering which I am waiting for the next opportunity I am soon hopefully to be involved in the upcoming courses where I can create my own course to share I get involved in any team events and challenges I expand my learning by joining other sessions delivered by other tutors which develops my learning etc. which I wouldn't learn on my programme
