I really enjoy the apprenticeship, Schneider are a fantastic company to work for with lots of opportunities.
The workplace stide of it is very well organised, however the university side of it has not been up to par. That being said, Schneider no longer uses Lincoln Uni for their apprentices and the new provider(s) is much better.
Shcnieder gives all of the support it possibly can to all it's apprentices. There is a structured approach to training however they are more than happy to provide extra training to anyone who asks for it as long as it is justifiable for needs of the business.

Most of it is pointless and does not correlate well with my job role.
The various teams I have worked with in Schneider are generally quite close and organise a lot of social events outside of work.
Yes
They are a fantastic employer that provide a good salary for apprentices along with ample training and oportunities to work in pretty much any area of the business that interests you.
Get plenty of interview practice as the interview process is quite intense, consisting of a group interview, outside of the box sharing sessions and a 2:1 interview afterwards. There is lots of competition for the roles and Schneider will only take the best.
