There is some hesitation in recommendation as I do think I am exposed to great experience. However, given that I feel that the pay is not sufficient considering requirement to live in London and the encouragement to be in the office it is difficult to balance.
Understanding of pay to see if it can work for them. Plenty of applicants will be unable to live off the salary in London where a room to rent is frequently £800 per month minimum + bills
