As a planner my days are very varied, some days involve developing Planning Design and Access statements while others are spent speaking to people and some are spent working with excel spreadsheets.
- Improved my Excel and word skills - Improved project management and communication skills - Learnt loads about the planning system both at work and at university
The programme has been great and I greatly enjoy the variety of work which I am involved in

Great support with apprenticeship networks and support from colleagues when needed
Great support with support on both the academic side of things via my academic personal tutor and admin side through my tripartite meetings.
The knowledge which I learn from university has been very useful in helping to understand the planning process and help to submit applications
