Learning & Development for a collection of pubs and bars.

Yes, I feel like I now understand the why behind what I have learnt from other L&D professionals. My work is now much more informed, data and evidence based.

Very much so.

Very, the bud system keeps you on track and you have regular meetings with your trainer and line manager.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support, we have time set aside each week to complete the apprenticeship. It's a great learning culture.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great amount of support, my trainer is very supportive.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So much, I feel completely transformed compared to when I started.
