  • Yes, I feel like I now understand the why behind what I have learnt from other L&D professionals. My work is now much more informed, data and evidence based.

  • Very much so.

  • Very, the bud system keeps you on track and you have regular meetings with your trainer and line manager.

  • Great support, we have time set aside each week to complete the apprenticeship. It's a great learning culture.

  • Great amount of support, my trainer is very supportive.

  • So much, I feel completely transformed compared to when I started.
