I'm an assistant branch manager who co-runs a branch managing a team of around 10 people. I cover everything from serving customers to admin work as well as man managing the team
I've learnt new was to manage my team and get the best out of them as well as myself.
I really enjoyed it, it helped open my eyes and mind to be able to see things in a different light
Very well organised, my mentor was very encouraging and helpful throughout the whole course.
i was given the tools to have the time to work on the apprenticeship
The Mentor was always available for help and guidance and encouragement.
This will give me a better idea on who to manage different styles of teams and people whilst also helping me be a better person/manager
