Handling new or renewal IT software/hardware contracts. Taking the business requirement and getting the service to them, from the relevant supplier.
How to handle Stakeholders and Supplier contacts, improving people skills. Able to analyse finances and review legal contracts.
Very much so.
Fortnightly workshops work well - not too long apart but doesn't feel like a chore.
A lot, will take any too demanding workload. Constant check ins over work and apprenticeship work.
A lot, constant tasks and reviews to develop my knowledge to gain my qualification.
I am able to learn skills or knowledge that I use in my role. Fundamentals which I may already be using, but can expand my knowledge.
Yes, there are social activities often and networking events for all apprentices.
Yes
They value you as an apprentice but also a part of the team. I have just as much input as anyone else on the team. And have been very supportive for work and apprenticeship work.
