I am a project manager in the Trust Provider Collaborative support team. I provide support to two executive director groups, and input into projects on behalf of the Collaborative. I also support two system pressures groups.
I feel my confidence has increased and I'm more prepared to ask the right questions when given a new task to complete.
I am really enjoying the programme as there has been a lot to learn and reflect on.
Generally good. I find there could be more time dedicated to teaching and going through some of the wider theory which may help with developing critical skills, but generally it's a good balance.
Great support - I get all the time I need along with opportunities for shadowing.
Great - I have felt very well supported in accessing additional support, along with the general offer of study skills sessions and one to one support.
It has really helped consolidate my experience, increase my confidence and ability to articulate my ideas.
Yes, there are professional networks.
Yes
It's a very big Trust, which may not appeal to everyone, but I find the opportunities this brings to be really appealing, and there are a lot of additional offers for staff support etc.
Be strict and protective with your time, it is precious. Be organised, and ensure you schedule in/allow downtime. Working and studying are intense so you will need a break.
