I have developed my self-confidence, customer service and time management skills. I have learnt about people management, conflict management, project management and am still learning about KPI's, P&L and Project Management.
It was enjoyable to start (I started with Qube) and then when Realise took over I was not impressed with my new trainer and have in fact had to change trainer to get me back on track again. I have become quite demotivated so I'm hoping I can get myself back on track as I am due to have my end point assessment in July this year and I have fallen behind.,
It does seem to have a good structure, with clear modules and tasks.
My manager personally is very supportive, but trying to fit work in on company time has proved difficult recently.
Now I have changed trainer and had a re-juggle of the order in which I will try to complete my modules I feel very supported. When Realise first took over I did not feel too supported by my trainer, but his manager (who was my original trainer with Qube) has been great (she is a manager with Realise now) and has helped me get back on track
I have definitely gotten more confident in certain things, and in myself generally, and the self management modules at the very start was very insightful.
Not really... there are the odd pub socials or christmas meals
Yes
So far I have found it a good, if challenging, place to work. Most of the people I have worked with are lovely. I have been lucky to have a couple of very supportive managers who have pushed me to move forward in my career and do this apprenticeship. It can be stressful sometimes but overall it is the best company I have worked for for a while.
Be honest - everyone here is different, with different skills and backgrounds and its nice to have such a mix of people.
