    • Answering telephone enquires, admissions, greeting visitors and parents, sending and receiving pupil CTF, assisting SLT with data and funding. Contacting parents when pupils are absent. Administering first aid

    • I have learnt a great deal with regards to human resources and the impact funding has on a school

    • The tutor is fantastic and explains what I need to do to achieve and I have also enjoyed learning new skills

    • The programmed is well structured and easy to follow

    • I have support from my line manager but due to staff absences it has been difficult at times to find the amount of time needed to complete tasks

    • My trainer is always available and is extremally helpful and supportive.

    • I have a wider knowledge and understanding within my work place due to the training I have received.

    • We have a very strong social scene within the work [place, we have taken part in sailing team building sessions, take part in different social activities

    • Its never too late to get the qualifications you missed out on and this LMP are the people to help you achieve your full potential
