Answering telephone enquires, admissions, greeting visitors and parents, sending and receiving pupil CTF, assisting SLT with data and funding. Contacting parents when pupils are absent. Administering first aid
I have learnt a great deal with regards to human resources and the impact funding has on a school
The tutor is fantastic and explains what I need to do to achieve and I have also enjoyed learning new skills
The programmed is well structured and easy to follow
I have support from my line manager but due to staff absences it has been difficult at times to find the amount of time needed to complete tasks
My trainer is always available and is extremally helpful and supportive.
I have a wider knowledge and understanding within my work place due to the training I have received.
We have a very strong social scene within the work [place, we have taken part in sailing team building sessions, take part in different social activities
