Aircraft maintenance, rectification and modification
Yes, plenty of experience deemed fit not only for the type of job but for everyday application as well.
It is very good but nothing is ever perfect and some things could improve such as management of placements and resources both at work and for the apprentices.
Decent enough
Plenty, the managers are great but some bureaucracy and regulations makes it hard to receive full support.
Somewhat, some people are good some aren't as much.

Some, but due to the type of company and locations not all are easily accessible
Yes
It is big and good and offers good opening opportunities for careers and networking. You are well taken care to good extents but nothing is ever perfect.
Be proactive, take any opportunities that come to you but also know your place and timings.
