My role is within Quality Assurance so I deal with ensuring that all products that leave the factory are up to standard and if there are any deviations, that they are tackled and corrected. I am responsible for 2 plants out of 4 plants.
I have developed my confidence and public speaking skills. I have also learnt how to organise projects and create a team to accomplish the work within the project.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, as I have been given opportunities outside of my day-to-day job to engage with leaders and learn from them. I have also had the opportunities to visit other factories.
My programme is very highly organised and structured
I have a monthly catch up with my manager and a 6 weekly catch up with my mentor
I am given time to complete any work towards my qualifications
There is a social club which runs many activities
