Managing accounts and dealing with calls
My networking and people skills have developed, some advance in technological skills
Much more than I expected
Was a little all over the place in the beginning but now the structure and support systems are very concise and clear
as much as needed but they also trust me not to ruin things when working solo
Also very supportive, what I need to do is always clearly communicated and all questions are answered
The expanding knowledge on policy and the such has allowed for me to better understand and preform in my area
