  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Attending to each child's needs nappy changes,feeding, sleeping doing observations and progress checks, setting up activities. Giving ideas for planning done weekly, helping my key children to learn new ways to learn whilst having fun, singing sounds, dancing reading stories and mainly crawling around the floor pretending to be anything a child wants me to be

  • Yes I think I have learnt alot about how we observe an how it relates on the birth to 5 matters ranges.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have found this really hard with having to swap tutors and alot of cancelled meetings due to lack of staff

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that doing my level 2 this way is harder an more wanted from me than others doing it with college they don't need as much coursework and assessments

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • To start with I found it very hard to fit in and the boss always finds the negatives you do an never praises anything you do well.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor has given me alot of support even with my mental health issues and tried to get me to have time to sort my problems but the boss wouldn't allow it but I don't think I could of done it without her pushing me an saying she believes in me

  • I find it has helped me alot aswell as noodle now and kindly learn
