Managing access provisions. Assisting people with access. Looking into innovating processes within a project. Maintaining databases
I have learnt how to better approach people and reach out when help is needed. I have increased my understanding in various applications
For what it is in terms of a 9-5 Job and day release day it is great. My team around me are really supportive.
It is organised enough in terms of the sections it is broken down into.
I receive a large amount of support when I reach out for it. I also have monthly mentor catch-up's within the company
I receive enough support when I reach out. I mainly am given training materials which are somewhat useful. A lot of research is on me.
Everything I learn in my qualification I can apply to what I have done at work. It helps with my overall understanding of the bigger project management picture.
Their are some good options if I require it such as language classes. There are a lot of socials which I am involved in planning and a large number of lunch and learns with interesting topics.

I feel that the company has adapted to modern working requirements and that the vibe around Motts is infectious between every member of staff.
Research the company and make sure that your values align with the companies. Make sure you are also somewhat interested in the role you are applying for. Enjoying what you do is key.
