  • In education, training to become an aircraft maintainer to work on chinook and apache's to be able to support safe flights

  • I have only been on the course for a month but I have learnt so much which has been really good to expand my engineering knowledge. Some of the existing knowledge I had has helped me but the course has developed this further

  • The course is very interesting and enjoyable

  • I feel the course is very well organised especially as it is the first time running it

  • My manager regularly checks up on me as well as other members of the management team within the company including visits to college

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The lecturer is very good with an extremely high knowledge of the aircraft I will be working on. Every morning he checks on the team and always explains stuff in different ways until everyone understands

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The course consists of both theory and practical knowledge/skills that I will be using regularly in my role. The lecturer has a huge amount of experience in this area so he is able to give me knowledge above and beyond the set course

  • Yes

  • A very good company with really friendly and approachable team. The company looks after employees well and there are lots of opportunities to develop your career
