In education, training to become an aircraft maintainer to work on chinook and apache's to be able to support safe flights
I have only been on the course for a month but I have learnt so much which has been really good to expand my engineering knowledge. Some of the existing knowledge I had has helped me but the course has developed this further
The course is very interesting and enjoyable
I feel the course is very well organised especially as it is the first time running it
My manager regularly checks up on me as well as other members of the management team within the company including visits to college
The lecturer is very good with an extremely high knowledge of the aircraft I will be working on. Every morning he checks on the team and always explains stuff in different ways until everyone understands
The course consists of both theory and practical knowledge/skills that I will be using regularly in my role. The lecturer has a huge amount of experience in this area so he is able to give me knowledge above and beyond the set course
Yes
A very good company with really friendly and approachable team. The company looks after employees well and there are lots of opportunities to develop your career
