Managing a project from beginning to start, ensuring all risks have been calculated and procedures are explored and I must communicate with stakeholders about the project. I also work with data analysis, transforming data sheets to make into a visual or tool.
Yes definitely, my people skills have improved and my ability to work/analyse data.
The programme is very flexible for those who need it. Its also very good in providing a positive introduction to the industry for those with little/ no prior experience.
The programme is very well structured. There are 3 job rotations to allow you to demonstrate your techniques across the supply chain, rather than remaining in the same role.
I feel that I am always supported. Even if my line manager is unavailable, there is always someone else I can go to if needed.
There is a lot of support. If needed, I can talk to my mentor about any support I require.
I believe it provides some wider information around the role/department that you work in which can help when making decisions.
I'm not aware of which extra curricular activities we have but there are some to get involved in.
Yes
Great working environment with good working benefits and people.
Try to apply your previous experience as much as you can in the interview process.
