I enjoy my programme as I have been able to seamlessly adapt from Sixth Form into this working environment as everyone has been forthcoming and welcoming.
My programme is very well structured as we have consistent catch ups with other apprentices organized in order to ensure that we are all comfortable. We also have different calls to ensure we continue upskilling ourselves and setting goals to help us continue to progress.
I receive a considerable amount of support from my team mates as they always look to help me understand concepts which I may be unfamiliar with.
I receive a lot of support from my employer towards my training for my qualification, as I have catch up sessions with my skills coach and my training provider looking at my strengths as well as what I need to work on.
My qualification definitely helps ,e understand some aspects of the business. However, because of where I am located within the Bank, not everything that I learn is directly applicable.
There are many different social networks that we can attend as well as social activities. There are table tennis teams for instance.

As NatWest is a very nice place to be, as they are caring/ understanding whilst also helping you climb the corporate ladder by offering different ways to progress within the Bank.
Be yourself within interviews.
