My role is very interesting with looking into how this side of the business works.
I have learnt plenty of new skills, and developed many of my existing skills as I've picked up the job. Theres still plenty of things i can improve on though
Dealing with difficult customers can be challenging at point but overall I do really enjoy the program. There are lots of opportunities to progress and every day is different.
The programme is well structured with regular catchup sessions and meetings
We get allocated time within work hours to do apprenticeship work
Lots of support. we have been given contacts to our talent coaches and can refer to them when we either need assistance of advice
I feel like it will give me a more in depth look at the job, therefore better preparing me for future admissions and goals.
Yes there are plenty, of opportunities and we are always notified.
