    7/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Enjoyed ICA qualification elements and instructor led training sessions but found the support provided by apprenticeship scheme lacking and apprenticeship specific learning elements of less value

    6/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Structured clearly and ICA assignments were well organised but very little direction with apprenticeship elements. Little support preparing for EPA and certificates repeatedly sent to wrong location after course so had to chase up repeatedly.

    5/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Line manager was very supportive and tools from company in place to allow me to enhance knowledge/experience to progress my career. This resulted in 2 promotions into my desired field

    9/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Regular meetings but these rarely focussed on the subject of my course. Too much emphasis on the british values distracted from the course with little value added. Very little support preparing for EPA and certificates not received for some time after completion with repeated chasers

    3/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
