  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role as a Talent Engagement Partner involves completing the vetting for candidates of British Council. We have to verify their ID via Teams, check their right to work, obtain their references from the past 3 years and make sure they are suitable for the job role they are applying for.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the apprenticeship, I have learnt lots about Business Admin that I had no knowledge of before. My leader is really helpful and always has time to answer any queries I have. The live lessons are extremely helpful and informative, as I learn better through someone teaching, they help me lots.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As we work remotely, our company makes sure that every 3 months, we all go into our London office as a team, to work together in the day and go out together afterwards. This gives us the chance to catch up with our colleagues and spend quality time together as a team.
