  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Found the course stressful due to poor communication and tuition from the tutor.

    1/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • All tuition completed by zoom, death by PowerPoint presentation and no structure or time to make appropriate notes that can be married up with the relevant PowerPoint slide. Relevant documents often missed and when the correct information was requested it wasn’t acted upon until the next tutorial, which would set me back. Poor communication in arranging assessments.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Very little. Employer paid for the course but did not allow me to take study time until the last three months of the course when I formally complained about my legal requirement. No support from tutor despite making it known that I wasn’t getting study leave.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Very little. Poor communication, requests for information and accommodating learning style were ignored. I was made redundant just before completing my end pony assessment and although I asked for my EPA to be brought forward, my request was ignored and I have had no answers from the company as to where I stand having complete 2 years of my course and 99% of the course. I only have the contact details of my tutor and no contact information for escalating the complaint.
