I am daily working in ensuring the services provided to customers are continuous either by planning how to maintain supplies for maintenance or fixing faults to return customers to supply as soon as possible
lots of technical skills linking to my job
I am finding this whole experience very beneficial and the team I am working with are helping me improve a lot
there are some aspects of the programme that could be made clearer and ensure that there are smoother transitions between sections of training
there is lots in place to support all learners including myself with an additional learning need.
The training providers were very supportive and made it possible for m e to excel in the course
For theoretical knowledge it has benefited me massively although some sections of the course were not applicable to my role.
Lots of social activities in my team and mixing teams across our area of work. brilliant social atmosphere in the office.

People will always help those willing to put themselves out of their comfort zone, make the effort to be part of the team and the team will do the same for you.
