I manage a portfolio of businesses with turnover between 25m and 350m. My role involves, finding new clients, lending requests, risk & portfolio management
I have learnt loads of new skills in the apprenticeship which is Level 7 Chartered accountancy with ICAEW The experience gains enables me to train others and provide my clients with a better experience
Thoroughly enjoyable and insightful. Kaplan are an excellent training provider
The programme is perfectly structured
I receive as much support as I require. HSBC are extremely supportive providing me with time off to achieve my apprenticeship
Lots of support, the Kaplan learning structure is fantastic
It has enhanced my skills and allows me to have more in depth conversations with my customers and also improves my ability's to manage risk, strategy and analysis
We have a social event roughly once per quarter. As part of my role I am engaged in numerous networking events
Yes
HSBC are a fantastic employer, they have supported me to better myself and my skills
The work environment is challenging at times however HSBC will support employees to achieve their goals and develop in their career
