Managing a project / subcontractors/ liaising with client, payments, orders, monthly reporting, CEs, EWs
Learnt lots of new skills in how to manage and report costs and keep accurate track of accruals
Really enjoy, only down side is I feel some of the blocks could be online as it is a long way to travel to leeds
Very organised, going to College for 1 week every month generally
Lots of support and guidance when required
Support is always there and I know who to go to if I have a query
A lot of the aspects aren’t that relevant to my job role specifically but will help in the future
Social activites have lessened a lot since Covid

A company that really Focuses on your development and making you better at your job. Lots of support to get the degree and further qualifications or gaining chartership for example
There is lots of support there, make sure you ask for it if needed and work had as that’s how you’ll Progress
